Brian Mogg Performance Center Moves to Waldorf Astoria Orlando
After ten years at Keene's Pointe, the Brian Mogg Performance Center is pleased to announce that we will be moving to the Waldorf Astoria Golf Course inside Disney World effective April 19th. Brian will be the Director of Instruction at the newly created Waldorf Astoria Golf Academy while Raegan Earney will be the Lead Instructor.
The Waldorf Astoria Golf Course opened in late '09 and was voted third best new course of the year in 2009. It is a Rees Jones design and has attracted much attention for its difficulty, beauty, and conditioning. The hotel is a 5 star facility and is the hallmark for the Waldorf properties that blend golf/lodging. There is also a Hilton Hotel on site for a dual option at lodging. The facility is located within Disney World and is close to EPCOT.
Moving to the Waldorf Astoria caps off what has already been a great start to 2011 for the Brian Mogg Performance Center. DA Points won his first PGA Tour event at the AT&T Pebble Beach tournament in February. This was the 22nd win by a Tour player who works with the BMPC since 2001 on one of the major Tours. This qualified DA for his first Masters appearance this week where he will be also playing with Lion Kim, who won last years US Publinx Championship.
Brian and Raegan will continue to offer one-on-one lessons as well as half day and full day schools. There will be partnerships with Aimpoint and other special schools that will take place on a consistent basis.
We are extremely grateful for the past ten years and the opportunity to be a part of the Keene's Pointe team and to use such a great facility for our instruction.
Please come experience Five Star treatment at the Waldorf Astoria and let us continue to help you improve your golf game.
Thank you,
Brian Mogg
